Hillsdale Hospital is Hiring a Registered Nurse | Nights | CCU / ICU Near Hillsdale, MI
Work Schedule and Shift Premiums
Full time (Night) 7pm-7am | 36 hours/week including weekends on a rotation
2nd shift premium is $2.00/hr, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hr, weekend premium is $1.00/hr

Qualifications
- Valid Michigan RN license (could possibly work as a graduate nurse pending NCLEX exam)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient’s health and situation appropriate to their age
- Analyze assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnosis lists, and create individualized plan of care
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance the quality of nursing practices
