**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Basketball Coach (Girls Varsity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball and coaching experience, with the ability to inspire and develop players of all skill levels.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective training programs for individual players and the team as a whole

- Teach fundamental basketball skills, strategies, and techniques

- Plan and conduct engaging practice sessions

- Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement

- Motivate players to reach their full potential both on and off the court

- Coordinate team logistics such as scheduling games, travel arrangements, and equipment management

**Qualifications:**

- Previous coaching experience in basketball

- Strong knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well with players of all ages and skill levels

- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred

- Experience or knowledge in related areas such as physical education, martial arts, or cheerleading is a plus
