The Customer Service Support Manager will support contact center customer service support coordinators. The coordinators for Admissions, Imprimis, and Online Learning will work with the Customer Service Manager. The individual will serve as a representative of Hillsdale College and our Admissions and Online Learning Departments to prospective students of the college, as well as the Imprimis office. The Customer Service Support Manager is responsible for developing the relationships with each customer service client, as well as standard processes and metric reporting. The Customer Service Support Manager is a full-time salaried employee of Hillsdale College. The position will report to the director of the Hillsdale College Contact Center.
Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education, training, or experience that fulfills the needs of the position.

Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to operate basic office equipment. The position is largely sedentary.
Personal Characteristics
The Contact Center interacts with College staff, prospective students, parents, and friends. The ability to present a positive image of the College in contact with students and campus visitors is essential. A clean and neat appearance and a pleasant relationship that is supportive of the College mission are essential.
