Client Services Representative 2
The Client Service Representative 2 will perform technical personnel work in Application Center.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Screens applications in AppliTrack for qualifications.
• Answers incoming phone calls and emails from applicants and district employees.
• Works in Frontline Recruit & Hire (AppliTrack) and Infor Global H.R. to activate applications and update employee records.
• Speaks with and occasionally meets with employees to update competencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education: A high school diploma or GED
Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible experience in personnel/customer service in a high-volume setting.
Certifications: None
Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Experience with AppliTrack (or similar recruiting software) and Infor Global H.R. highly preferred.
Bilingual highly preferred.
Regular Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
