Position Overview:

Provides support to multiple attorneys in the Nashua office. Hours are generally Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

General Responsibilities:

The candidate must have the ability to draft correspondence and basic legal documents. Responsible for opening, reviewing and routing all incoming and interoffice mail. The candidate will manage and maintain calendars and schedules and receive, welcome and respond to all visitors into the office.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma with a minimum of one years’ experience as an office experience or such other experience as the County Attorney finds to be equivalent

· Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Must possess a valid driver’s license with reliable and available means of transportation as some traveling may be requested

· Must possess exceptional typing, organization and communications skills

Job Type: Full-time
