Hillpointe is a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm focused on multifamily housing opportunities in the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist with graphic design, social media and other administrative functions within the Marketing Department! 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print and event-based initiatives.
• Update website content and ensure all information is correct and accurate.
• Assist Marketing Specialist in collecting performance metrics to measure progress. 
• Assist with the creation and distribution of graphics.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team.

• Self-starter with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and quickly changing environment.

Requirements:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Marketing Software, including but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Familiarity with Social Media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
