Security Officers are needed for a well-established and growing local security firm.

Duties: May include the following

• Inspect and patrol property according to Post Orders
• Control Access
• Vehicle patrol of property
• Observe and report safety hazards 
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows.
• Monitor surveillance camera
• Be an ambassador of the company to the public
• Assist Patrol Officers and LEO with securing properties in the event of an alarm
• Light maintenance of patrol vehicle
• Light maintenance of company signage

Qualifications:

• You must have a current Drivers' License and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2 years experience as a guard (preferred)
• Flexibility with schedules, including weekends, graves, overnights, and holidays.
• Military, LEO and/or prior security experience desired but not required

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to:

• Stand and remain alert for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Dummy Drag: Lift and drag a 165-pound dummy 32 feet
• Fence Climb/Run: Run 5 yards, climb a six-foot-high chain-link fence and continue running 25 yards
• Fence Climb/Run: Run 5 yards, climb a six-foot-high solid fence and continue running 25 yards
• Complete a half-mile run within 5 minutes

Full-time and Part-time work available.

• 12-hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
