Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking a Regional Director of Community Relations for our home health and hospice teams within the Omaha, Iowa and Lincoln areas!.The Regional Director of Community Relations leads the revenue generating activities while creating and executing marketing strategies for the service lines. Ensures work processes are in place and are modified when needed.Critically analyze referral and admission data and recommend strategy changes resulting in maximized revenue. Develop effective relationships with external referral sources to ensure continuity and supports the division team members in managing effective relationships with referral sources. Develop and teach sales training routinely to a variety of team members across the service lines.Establish the budget of the department and manage the financial performance throughout the year to ensure a successful ROI.What do I need to be considered?STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior health care marketing or operations with emphasis on effective sales and business development.
