What does a day in the life look like?Coordinate the completion of MDS sections according to facility assignments. Communicate to members of the interdisciplinary team as needed based on timelines of completion. Report any issues with timely completion to the Administrator. Schedule the ARD’s for Payment Assessments with the Rehab Director daily, weekly, and as needed. Provide a schedule of ARD’s and assessment types weekly and as needed to the interdisciplinary team in order to facilitate the timely completion of MDS sections and Care Area Assessments by each discipline. What should I have to be considered?At least two years’ experience in a skilled nursing, acute, or post-acute setting required.At least two years’ experience in the completion of the RAI process and implementation of Medicare regulations and guidelines required.At least two years’ supervisory experience as a unit manager, ADON, or DON required.Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or compact state.
