Hillcrest Mable Rose's, The Club, is looking for a compassionate individual who enjoys engaging in activities, providing a social stimulating environment and enhancing the lives of our aging adults in a day care setting. The **Club Leader** will be serving meals, hosting activities, attending outings, light cleaning tasks and managing other club duties. We are located between Bellevue and Papillion (near Highway 370 & 48th Street).

Responsibilities for **Club Leader**

* Implement and lead activities for members either spontaneous or planned.

* Encourage members to participate and gather information about the member's capabilities.

* Maintain a positive environment and assist with ADLs (helping with toileting, dressing, transfers etc) as needed.

Requirements for **Club Leader**:

* Prefer a minimum of one year experience working with geriatric and/or dementia population.

* Must understand all OSHA policies and procedures and must be knowledgeable about Adult Day Service Regulations a plus

* Certified Nurse Assistant/CNA and or CMA preferred.
