YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to $24.00/hr to start

• $1.50/hr more for RBT certification holders
• Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
• Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
• Referral Bonus: $1500 for every full-time referral who gets hired
• Additional Compensation for CNA Credential - $0.50/hour (Autism Program only)

WE PROVIDE TRAINING TO PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR NEW ROLE

• Two weeks of orientation provided to prepare you to begin your new role
• Learn about the mission and culture of our organization
• Listen to program leaders and staff as they share their experiences
• Hear from a student panel about their challenges and successes
• Get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
• Get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
• Spend a day doing a guided observation
