Our Independent/Assisted Living Campus is on the lookout for a motivated Community Relations Director to take charge of developing, marketing, and growing our resident census. Collaborates with: Marketing Director

Your Mission:

As the Community Relations Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth of our community by showcasing the unique benefits of our Independent/Assisted Living Campus to prospective residents and responsible parties. Your dynamic approach to marketing, selling, and providing vital information will drive interest and engagement, resulting in a thriving census and a positive impact on our residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the facility's admissions and marketing activities.
  • Manage and analyze inquiries through tracking systems, adhering to corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications for press release ideas and public interest events.
  • Submit weekly reports on admissions and marketing activities to the General Manager and RMD.
  • Practice prudent fiscal management while monitoring the marketing budget.
  • Organize community-based education seminars, lectures, and events.
  • Advise facility leadership on public relations matters.
  • Maintain a strong public relations program to benefit the facility and the community.
  • Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect resident privacy.

Dynamic Marketing Approach:

  • Utilize CRM systems and tools to manage referral sources and sales.
  • Schedule and lead effective presentations, following up on leads from events and presentations.
  • Manage both short and long-term inquiries to build relationships that lead to quality admissions.
  • Qualify admissions clinically and financially, overseeing the process and documentation.
  • Utilize the telephone and collateral materials effectively as sales tools.
  • Develop, establish, and train a backup admission team.
  • Assess team performance, discussing sales, inquiries, census, and marketing plans with leadership.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across the system to ensure a successful team approach to developing census.

Salary/ Wage Range 

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
