Hill International is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead Engineer in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania

  • Drive the implementation of a digital engineering enterprise across our business.
  • Responsible for technical and program management.
  • Collaborate with key NNPP organizations (e.g., key stakeholders from shipyards, vendors, etc.) across many domains of work to drive the execution of the first of a kind Digital Enterprise implementation plan.
  • Support high level NNPP bold initiatives.
  • Work to align Program resources over the highest priority digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with the product lines to understand project needs and schedule, as well as with IT and technology groups to align the technology development and deployment efforts with the overall digital transformation enterprise vision and plan.
  • Communicate on technical and project issues to senior leadership at NNPP.
  • Keep abreast of new emerging technologies in the digital domain.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Broad knowledge/experience of work and engineering tools related to a digital transformation for a similar size organization
  • Knowledge/experience with data management strategies and technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Demonstration of strong teaming and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in project management of large projects.
  • B.S., M.S., or PhD Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated can-do attitude and a desire to learn new things.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Agile processes and execution.
  • Experience using Product Lifecycle Management tools.
  • Experience using CAD tools.
  • Experience in Model Based Design
  • Experience in Model Based System Engineering
  • Some knowledge or experience in IT systems
  • Security clearance required.
  • 5-10 years of previous experience required.
