HILL DERMACEUTICALS, Inc. is a privately-owned pharmaceutical company that develops and manufactures innovative dermatology products for children and adults. We provide unique products that enhance the treatment of difficult-to-treat diseases such as scalp psoriasis, atopic dermatitis/eczema, chronically itchy ears, melasma (of the face) and actinic keratosis (pre-cancerous skin conditions).

Key Responsibilities:
Production Operator is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all employees and visitors. Performs various manufacturing activities including industrial equipment cleaning, compounding, filling, packaging, and material handling equipment to safely produce quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Performs Industrial Equipment Cleaning, Compounding, Filling, Labeling and Packaging Operator functions that include but are not limited to:

• Operate all equipment necessary to properly process and package finished products.
• Perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration of task.
• Keep accurate records and production logs, as well as complete batch records as required.
• Process, inspect, and/or package products through various processing stages.
• Operate minor assembly type machines. Inspecting bottles, tightening caps, placing components onto the conveyor belt, packing boxes, filling hoppers, lifting boxes.
• Clean/maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with standard operation procedures and Company standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and all other regulatory requirements, in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Complies with all Good Manufacturing Practices, as well as company and departmental procedures at all times. Adheres to all safety precautions, regulations, and good housekeeping practices in performing duties and when on site. Alerts management when observing violations of the practices, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements-

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of dependability.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds and ability to kneel, bend over, squat, stoop and carry.

8:30am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
