• Maintains and manages sales for the company throughout Southern California
• Create a customer base that will support a sustainable future
• Assist customers via phone calls and face to face job walks to ensure jobs are set up correctly
• Required to work in both the office and on job sites
• Prepare quotes using our software to provide to the customer prior to jobs being executed
• Coordinate and communicate with dispatch to confirm jobs
• Be able to determine the correct crane and equipment that is needed for the customer’s project
• Be a self-starter that can manage their time well and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate good computer skills
• Knows and follows the sales process
• Be able to identify any safety issues or concerns and share that with the customer
• Be knowledgeable of the crane and rigging industry
• Be well organized and able to create and effective and efficient calendar
• Understand the process of bringing on new customers and setting them up in our system prior to job being executed
• Handles the communication flow of Contracts, Purchase Orders and Insurance documents between the customer and the office staff
• Monitors account aging data and actively participates in collection efforts if needed
• Attend sales meetings
• Monitor market trends and changes in customers business activities and work collectively with the team in developing solutions to maintain competitiveness
• Maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Be able to identify new job opportunities and follow through with making new connections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
