- TIA Certification (Preferred but not required) or be able to acquire a certification.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance
- Pre-employment drug test/ background check
Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently; initiative; self-starter
- Willing to Learn a different physical work
- Ability to learn to perform fleet checks
- Willing to Learn and adapt to the tire industry life style
- Performing work inside shop, and company different locations
- Learn how to perform service road calls safely.
- Anticipated hours are 45 hours per week plus overtime
- Ability to operate a service truck
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Top-Notch On-site fleet maintenance department (24/7)
