The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Accounting Associate to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the “SSC Support Hub” (aka the SCC Help Desk on the Jira Platform).
• Develop AMS knowledge – initially all calls will be forwarded to SSC Leads, Ops Leads or the appropriate person as your knowledge evolves you will be able to be self-efficient and answer some questions.
• Point person concerning the development of the SSC Support Hub (aka the SCC Help Desk on the Jira Platform).
• Provide activity logs of questions asked, in progress and resolved – allowing for evaluation of process and training opportunities for Hilb Employees to eliminate questions/tickets.
• Develop resource tools/documents which will assist with directing people on how to solve questions.
• Contribute to a positive workplace environment.

• Interact with all contacts in a very professional manner.
• Cultivate a “problem solved” relationship between Ops and the SSC.
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration
