Growth Strategy/ Account Management

As a member of the growth and strategy team, you will work alongside top executives to spearhead HiLabs’ growth. You will be part of a close-knit team that translates healthcare trends and the value of our products into compelling consultative sales.
You are self-driven, creative, and collaborative. You have a ‘get things done’ attitude paired with a strong intellect. You will be responsible for thinking critically about trends in the healthcare market, current events at top healthcare firms, and the value set of our established product line. You will then synthesize and distill all the key elements into compelling messages that will resonate with customers, resulting in high-impact, curated outreach. In addition, you will work collaboratively with customers to discover their specific challenges and use your creativity to determine how our underlying technology can address them.

You will play a pivotal role in the business and be expected to move up quickly within the company. You will be one of the most customer-facing members of the HiLabs team and will need to think quickly on your feet, responding and reacting to customer input as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Marry industry trends with health plan-specific research and translate them into curated and compelling messaging.
  • Create and/or edit existing customer-facing communications including presentations, business cases, and case studies.
  • Curate unique customer journeys, track all touch points and marketing interactions across different channels, with a consultative sale lens.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of touch points and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with relationship development, messaging, and marketing materials (development and adjustment of materials)
  • Educate customers about the HiLabs product suite, capabilities, and proven use cases.
  • Create innovative ideas to generate new leads, and lead conversions.
  • Delights customers by understanding and empathizing with their experience and representing their views with HiLabs Delivery and Engineering teams.

Desired Profile:

  • 4 years of experience in healthcare consulting and/or internal strategy
  • Education is required from a top-tier college or university.
  • Experience in dealing with customers in a 1 on 1 setting.
  • Ability to craft and orate a compelling story and effectively communicate vision and value of HiLabs to a variety of stakeholders and customers at all levels.
  • Ability to persevere in the face of challenges with a demonstrated ability to grow as a professional
  • Strong knowledge of, or aptitude to learn about, the business of healthcare, general industry trends, our product portfolio, and more specifically how those trends impact and shape decision-making by larger health plans.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on the most important opportunities in an environment with competing demands.
  • Desire to take ownership and drive work product forward and through to completion.
  • Ability to pay careful attention to deliverables and minimize errors.
