Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Maintenance Director in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • The Maintenance Director will manage comprehensive maintenance operations for TADSS and GFP, ensuring the execution of scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance in accordance with technical manuals and best commercial practices.
  • This encompasses the coordination of maintenance schedules, real-time data capture in the ISTS, and the notification of the Government for individual repair action costs exceeding set limits.
  • Additionally, the Maintenance Director will oversee PPSS and PDSS, ensuring software updates and patches align with Government-approved baselines, maintain the Government-provided hardware and software baseline configuration, and provide engineering services to optimize the reliability, availability, and maintainability of TADSS, GFP, and ITTS.
  • This role also involves conducting market research and engineering analysis for technology refreshment to mitigate obsolescence and maintain system compatibility, and ensuring maintenance instruction is current and effectively disseminated.

Minimum Qualifications

8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.

Physical Requirements

Job performance may require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
