The Role
Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
Primary duties will include the training and mentoring of Nuclear Chief Test Engineers in the standards and practices as laid out by the Manual for Control of Testing and as determined by the department. This position will require time spent monitoring project and work group interactions, Joint Test Group performance, paperwork completion, and Test Department performance. This position will be assigned additional duties and responsibilities in accordance with the needs of the Nuclear Test Department as determined by the Director.
Must Have
An ABET Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of relevant exempt experience
Master's Degree and 12 years of relevant professional experience;
Ph.D. and 9 years of experience.
