Job Description
HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Data Scientist in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Positions will be based at global Army training sites around the world. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for applying advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to support various subtasks.
• This role's main function is to interpret and manage data to solve complex problems using a variety of techniques.
• Lead analysis efforts of data related to all tasks, help to synthesize information, and contribute to process and quality control, data cleansing, decision analysis, and improvement.
• Employs analytical approaches to data supporting all aspects of the PMP which optimize the WBS and other key functions of the PMO.
• This includes risk analysis and mitigation strategies for risk management.
• QMP, the Data Scientist works with the Process Engineering Lead and other members of Leadership to establish performance monitoring systems that support compliance with cost, performance, and schedule requirements.
• Leads development of AI/ML for WISE.

Minimum Qualifications

• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
• 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
• 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field OR
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
• Experience in advanced data analytics and predictive modeling
• Ability to interpret and manage data to solve complex problems using various techniques.
• Leading analysis efforts of data and contributing to process and quality control, data cleansing, decision analysis, and improvement.
• Employing analytical approaches to data supporting all aspects of the PMP, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
