HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Construction Security Manager to support the 53/57 at Nellis AFB, NV.
HII-Mission Technologies provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.
What You Will Do:
- Develop a Project Execution Plan that acts as the governing document for the execution and implementation of the project.
- Manage project documentation efforts such that work control documents, procedures, and other facility documents are formally prepared and reviewed as required by the respective DOD functional organizations.
- Assist the accrediting official with the development of the Construction Security Plan regarding implementation of Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (ICD/ICS 705) DOD standards and guidelines. Training simulators, SCIF buildings, classified rooms.
- Perform site control measures as documented in the construction security plan.
- Construction plans and all related documents shall be handled and protected in accordance with the construction security plan. DOD guidelines and Facilitate and attend walk downs and tabletop reviews for scopes of work
- Attend project / construction meetings to provide status and updates on schedule, risk and issues.

- Ensure the requirements of ICD 705 are implemented and advise the accrediting official of compliance or variances. Ensure that safety procedures and protocol to control site access are implemented.What We're Looking For:
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (ICD/ICS 705) DOD standards and guidelines.
- Experience supporting training simulators, SCIF buildings, classified rooms.
