Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work directly within the C5ISR Systems Operation supporting Air & Marine Integration. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join an incredible mission and work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. What You Will Do * Serve as Maritime Special Projects Manager, assisting with the Operations and Management of Maritime Operations.
* Direct the work of employees assigned to the program.
* Provide program management oversight to multiple customers requiring coordination of program requirements. * Direct all phases of the program. * Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the program. * Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. * Develop new business or expands services with the customers. * Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify program problems, and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources. What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications * 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
* P&L or military acquisition program or product management experience (understanding the process, structure, and framework of how the USG makes acquisition decisions for products and services).
* Solid understanding of services type contract arrangements, acquisition, logistics, technology integration, verification and operational test and assessment, system and support fielding, and training. * Expertise in one or more of the following technical areas: Underwater Cable Facilities, Marine Heavy Load Handling Systems, Ocean & Diving Equipment, Advanced Ocean Technology, Undersea & Surface Unmanned Vessels.
