Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a dynamic Junior Scrum Master to join our Minotaur software development team and help us drive innovation and efficiency in our projects. You will work in a hybrid environment in our Hanover, MD location. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will work closely with our development team and be responsible for guiding teams through the Scrum framework and ensuring that all team members are working together effectively. You will learn how to facilitate daily stand-up meetings, spring planning sessions, and retrospectives, and work closely with product owners to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of agile principles and methodologies, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will champion the execution of the Scrum framework within their assigned teams. You should be a natural leader who can motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work, and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
