Responsibilities:The Cyber Security Analyst assesses security controls for various systems and conducts evaluations of information system components, management, and design, focusing on information security aspects and accreditation according to the NIST Risk Management Framework. The candidate will review program documentation such as Risk Assessments, Security Plans, and Contingency Plans and document control reviews and findings on time and as they occur according to client requirements. The Cyber Security Analyst conducts ongoing assessments of contractor facilities as needed to ensure compliance with security requirements tailoring requirements. The candidate must have the ability to interpret controls and apply them to a variety of implementations. Other support work, as needed.Minimum Qualifications:TS/SCI Required, CI Polygraph Eligible6 years' minimum overall experienceBachelor's of Science Information Technology or other related technical field4 years in Cyber Network Defense operational and/or analysis position4-8 years of experience with Federal Accreditation testingExperience with Incident Response Experience in cyber security tactics, techniques, and proceduresSOC and/or CIRT operational experienceExperience working on and supporting classified networksEnterprise audit aggregation, logging, and analysis experienceNetwork scanning experience (e.g, DISA ACAS)Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and ICD 503Network LAN and Virtual Hosting experienceDOD 8570 certificationDocument control reviews and findings as they occur according to client requirements.Candidate must be a great communicator (both written and verbal) and be able to work with a group as well as independentlyReport writing experienceUnderstanding of Privacy ConceptsUnderstanding of information management and protection systems (AV, Patch management, etc.)Utilize various information system inspection tools to audit systems, analyze potential vulnerabilities and identify mitigation approachesInterview skillsUnderstanding of security control conceptsUnderstanding of program security and information systems security best practicesIdeal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, organized, and detail orientedMust be a U.S. CitizenEOEFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
