Summary:
The Onsite Resident Manager is the caretaker for the assigned property. In addition to overseeing maintenance, the Resident Manager is available to assist residents, promote properties for rent, negotiate rental agreements, and collect rent payments. The Resident Manager is the public face of the assigned property.
The On-Site Manager performs general maintenance and repair work under the supervision of the Property Manager. The On-Site Employee is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community according to the Company’s operating and safety standards. The On-Site Employee ensures that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. This position will require you to live on-site.
