The Accelerated Sales Program is a comprehensive, sales-specific training program designed to Fast Track the growth and development of new a Sales Rep regardless of your Industry knowlege. We are talking 3 Months!!!

As you continue to progress through this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge HANDS ON with Job Tasks such as,

• Answering phone calls and process orders
• Qualify customers and sales leads for parts technical staff
• Follow up on sales activity
• Utilize databases to look up parts, excluding rebuild kits
• Continuous training on engine technology
• Work Saturday shifts in rotation with other upper level sales staff
