Data Specialist

Job Location: Saginaw, MI

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products, parts, and items meet company standards. Your attention to detail will be essential as you systematically update and audit information for compliance, while also assisting with other special projects!

Strategic Responsibilities:

Recommend to Management ideas and dreams for the vision of the company that are consistent with our overall strategic objective

Data Entry

  • Manage P# requests daily and communicate with sales regarding product and pricing changes
  • Complete data updates related to parts, products, and other items
  • Compile and analyze data for products routinely, as well as assist with special projectsand meet goals or report variances
  • Report on Special Project progress
  • Communication with outside vendors to obtain required information, as needed

Qualifications

  • Word, Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of NetSuite software preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
