We are a high-volume, small animal general practice that specializes in complete preventative care for optimizing animal health, low-cost emergency surgeries, and accommodating clients from all walks of life. We are a small practice with a staff that is treated with respect and who are compensated accordingly. Currently, we are seeking to find a new veterinary technician/assistant to add to our family.

The expectations of this position would include patient intake and history, exam assistance, animal restraint, medical treatments (including but not limited to vaccines, other injections, catheter placement, blood draws, nail trims), patient monitoring, surgical assistance, preparing invoices and treatment plans, kennel work, assisting the receptionists when needed, and general hospital upkeep. Compassion for animals, a positive attitude, and willingness to work are daily requirements.

Benefits:

30 hours guaranteed weekly, with opportunity for additional kennel shifts and 1.5X overtime pay

$18.00/hour starting wage
