• Position Overview

Roller-Lamination 1 is responsible for rolling out air bubbles from the part. The person needs to have previous experience in lamination and work independently.
Essential Job Functions

• Understand fiberglass process
• Able to handle catalyst
• Able to wear respirator all day
• Capable of using a 3" roller
• Capable of using a 1" paint brush

Non-essential Job Functions

• Organize work area
• Communicate well with others
• Willingness to learn

Requirements

• Work inside without air conditioning
• Exposure to chemical vapors
• Able to stand and walk around all day
• Use of hands and reaching with arms and hands regularly
• Able to climb or balance frequently
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling regularly
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds of materials

Other Skills/Abilities

• Ability to be cross trained
