• Position Overview

Grinder-Lamination is responsible for using all air tools and saws to grind, cut around edges, and cut holes into boats to the right measurements.
Essential Job Functions

• Experience with air tools (at least 1 year)
• Able to use a saw, cutter, hole saw, and grinder
• Able to cut to the right measurement
• Able to read a tape measure

Non-essential Job Functions

• Organize work area
• Communicate well with others
• Willingness to learn

Requirements

• Work inside without air conditioning
• Work around fiberglass and chemicals all day
• Able to stand and walk around all day
• Use of hands and reaching with arms and hands regularly
• Able to climb or balance regularly
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds of materials

Other Skills/Abilities

• Ability to be crossed trained
