Job Summary: Highview is an insurance carrier that provides workers’ compensation coverage. We pride ourselves on having an exceptional team environment, with multiple avenues for growth opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our workers' compensation insurance operations, finding ways to enhance and streamline our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' comp insurance and possess proven expertise in documenting processes, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for measurable success. What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of workers' compensation insurance operations. 
  • Ensure that processes are clearly defined, documented, and regularly updated. 
  • Facilitate communication to ensure every team member is aware of their role within the organization. 
  • Conduct regular reviews to confirm alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each department and inter-departmental processes to identify deficiencies. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify identified issues promptly. 
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and productivity of each department. 
  • Regularly analyze KPI data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. 
  • Manage the development of clear and concise reporting mechanisms for each department. 
  • Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and provide valuable insights for decision-making. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Streamline processes and workflows to optimize resource utilization.
 What You’ll Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an operations manager.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the workers' compensation insurance industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not required.

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
