Hightower Service, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Arlington, TX team. Our head installers are responsible for equipment installation, maintaining truck inventory, and overseeing invoicing. This position earns a competitive salary of $52,000/year.

HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years experience as an HVAC lead installer

• Clean criminal background and driving record

• Able to pass a drug screening

• Must be comfortable working in attics
