Due to growth, we are currently seeking Level I, II & III Tower Technicians in Salisbury, NC. We are looking for career-oriented individuals with experience in the tower industry as well as those with recreational climbing experience or just an interest in climbing professionally. In these key Tower Tech positions, your primary responsibilities consist of a full range of installation, repair, and maintenance services on our clients’ towers including performing line and antenna systems installation and repairs; conducting maintenance on lighting systems; troubleshooting, replacing, and performing maintenance on 4G & 5G components, coax, fiber, jumpers, TMA’s, connectors, weatherproofing, etc.; and performing microwave antenna and path alignments.
