Presidio Wealth Partners ("Presidio"), an advisory practice of Hightower, provides investment management and advisory services to wealthy individuals and business owners. Presidio currently manages $1.8 billion of assets on behalf of our clients. We offer an outsourced family office experience for our clients that places us at the center of a client's financial life by focusing on asset management and customized financial planning solutions. Presidio is a team made up of 15 full-time employees comprised of 8 advisors and 7 supporting staff members.

Hightower provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower's capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors, like Presidio, to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their vision of "well-th. rebalanced." Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate a a registered investment advisor (RIA).

What You'll Do

The Private Investments Operations Associate will report to the Private Investments Operations Manager and work closely with the Private Investments Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to enhance the functions of the Private Investment department.

• Preparation and dissemination of client subscription documents.
• Organize capital call data and work to assist in meeting capital calls.
• Follow compliance protocols with the submission of subscription documents to Hightower.
• Assist with gathering data for the onboarding of new funds onto Hightower's platform.
• Working with investment custodians to process new subscriptions and meet capital calls.
• Maintain tax document folders for client K1s and other related tax documents for private investments.
• Assist with the re-registration of client positions and accounts as needed.
• Other tasks as delegated by the Private Investment Operations Manager.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
• 4-year college degree.
• Experience with private investments preferred but not required.
• 2 years of relevant industry experience
