Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive experience in our dispensary. Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dispensary
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information about product details, effects, dosages, and potential interactions
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels and product availability
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
- Stock shelves and display cases with new products as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to state regulations

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or accessories

Please note that all positions must be paid including internship positions.
