High Side Brewing Company in Fairplay, CO is looking for food service folks to join our strong team. We are located on 411 Us Hwy 285. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Benefits.
- $20 an hour with experience recommended. Food position gets 80% of food sales tips in a shared tip pool.
- We offer a shift meal to all employees as well as 2 shift beers to employees.
- Flexible scheduling, Opening or Closing shifts, Full or Part Time
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations
- Prepare dishes to business standards
- Prepare large quantities of food for multiple days
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Take orders from guests and operate a POS device
- Put away food orders
- Wash dishes/utensils
- Clean/sanitize working spaces
- Interacting with customers by taking orders
- Load coolers for delivery to our Frisco location
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in kitchens, line cooking and prep cooking
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Able to follow and execute multiple recipes at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
