The CT Tech provides computed tomography imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs other diagnostic imaging dependent upon registration/certification.
Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.
PRN, work as needed. Graduate of Radiology Program required. Registered and in good standing with ARRT in Rad or registry eligible. CT certification preferred. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment. Six months experience in Radiology and/or CT specialty; if no CT experience, must be willing to learn and train.
