Provide high quality service to our clients as well as to our financial advisors. Duties range from prep & processing new accounts, to various account service tasks, updates & reports, as well as working with various tech & systems. This role has plenty of variety as well as autonomy. We need an outgoing friendly person with customer service abilities.

This role will support the growth of our firm and enable our advisors to continue to service their clients efficiently. Time management and ability to multi-task are crucial in this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM & other cloud-based systems, and mobile apps will help. Financial industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
