Highline Public Schools is hiring a Behavior Analyst to join our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) team for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year!SUMMARY: The position provides both direct and consultation services to students with significant socialemotional/behavioral needs; possesses and maintains competency in assessment and analysis of behavior; works collaboratively with IEP teams, special education teachers, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, school psychologists and other special education providers; supervises and guides behavior technicians; works as a cooperative member of a multi-disciplinary team; and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Special Education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters degree in related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- ESA Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Public school experience as a BCBA or other professional Special Education Provider
