Position: Experienced Automotive Sales Professional

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.

- Assist customers in identifying their automotive needs and preferences, providing guidance and recommendations on suitable vehicles.

- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.

- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and available promotions.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate the sales process.

- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options and assist customers in understanding loan terms and payment plans.

- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory handover process for customers.

- Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the dealership.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
