Highlight Healthcare of Aurora is in search for a Social Service/Activity Director. We are a 68 bed facility with a warm atmosphere. We provide skilled, long term and respite care. We are looking for someone that is self motivated, compassionate, energetic and talented to join our team!

• Recent experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred
• Should enjoy working with the geriatric population
• Must be able to work with residents and their families as needed
• Should be familiar with all Social Service paperwork including assessments, documentation requirements, the MDS, etc.
• Should be familiar with discharge planning
• Must be able to work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Experience with activities
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Computer skills
• FULL TIME: DAY SHIFT
