Sr. Software Developer Support (.Net, JavaScript)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented mid-level Software Support Developer to join our expanding Support Team. In

this role, you will be a key contributor to our support efforts, working closely with your development team and QA team to resolve issues and enhance product functionality. The ideal candidate will have a

solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced -

environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Debug and address defects that come in from production and QA environments.
• Develop high quality, testable code.
• Ensure that application code adheres to internally adopted patterns and styles, and meets functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Participate on an Agile team, contribute to complexity and time estimates, identify risks, and contribute to discussions and commitments.

• Build a thorough understanding of our systems and software alongside our Support Team Lead.
• Familiarize yourself with current projects and technical requirements.
• Contribute high-quality code towards active projects.

Within your first month, you'll:

• Establish a repeatable process to maintain streamlined efficiencies.
• Meet colleagues in cross-functional departments to build relationships.

Within your first year, you'll:

• Become a subject matter expert of our systems and software.
• Effectively manage assigned projects while meeting technical requirement.

Qualifications:

Required experience -

• Angular 4 experience (we are on 15)
• ASP.Net Web Api
• Html5/CSS3
• Entity Framework Code First
• Exposure to dependency injection
• Unit Testing and Mocking
• MSSQL

Nice-to-have Experience -

• git
• Postman
• Experience implementing software design patterns.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift including up to 15 pounds at times.
