Highlands Professional Group, LLC is seeking an energetic and positive addition to our team for Full-Time employment as a Medical Office Assistant with duties that

include: 

Administrative Support

Receiving and Rooming Patients

Performing Vitals and assisting physician during the clinic day with all training provided!

Duties that are similar to CNA/MA without the need to provide personal hygiene care, venipuncture, injections, etc.

This position is based out of our Chattanooga, TN office; however, some day travel to our other Tennessee facilities is required with travel time being paid. COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED or Mileage paid for travel. This position will have a combination of both clinic days and administrative days. Clinic days are 12 hour shifts and will include day travel to other locations in TN (generally 1 hour travel time) and administrative days are generally 8 hour shifts in the Chattanooga office providing administrative support for the region answering phones, preparing paperwork etc.

Must have a positive attitude, be a quick eager learner and dependable. Must have legible handwriting and have High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. A CLEAN DRIVING record is required.
