**Warehouse Lead**
0250- HTP in 4171 E Therese, Fresno, CA 93725, USA 4171 E Therese, Fresno, CA 93725, USA 4171 E Therese, Fresno, CA 93725, USA Full-Time Salary - 18 * Receive, Issue, transfer, Load and unload products to maintain accurate inventory.
* Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to receiving material.
* Review Work orders/ BOMs for crew installations for proper staging
* Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment such as Pallet Jacks and Forklifts.
* Audit and document all material transferred and issued from warehouse to install vehicles (on a daily basis).
* Maintain a ledger of material that has been issued to the install crews. Conduct a periodic inventory count for each item stocked in the warehouse, and vehicles as directed by the General Manager and Purchasing & Inventory Manager.
* Ensures sufficient material is in stock for the installation crews (according to shelf minimum/maximum amounts). Requisite material according to shelf min/max amounts to ensure sufficient stock for installation crews.
* Ensures warehouse is always clean and organized.
* Coordinate vehicle maintenance so that all installation vehicles are up to date with the regularly scheduled preventative maintenance.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations (including vehicle maintenance schedule and cleanliness policies).
* Report to work prepared and on time.
* Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
**Job Summary:**
Responsible for Shipping and Receiving all material related to the Solar Division this includes Solar panels, solar parts as well as weatherization measures, but not limited to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, conducting monthly inventory counts, tracking all inventory transfers from the warehouse to the installation vehicles and coordinating vehicle maintenance for all installation vehicles.
**Essential Job Functions** :
**Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
* Must have experience working with a pallet jack and forklift. Forklift certified preferred.
* Ability to read, analyze interpret, identify, document and report information.
* Must be detail orientated and organized.
* Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, 4 times in an 8-hour day)
* Must be able to use proper techniques to frequently lift 75 pounds.
* Must be computer literate, experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office Products.
**Physical Demands:**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, climb, crawl, push, pull, reach, sit, stand, climbladders, and work with various equipment. Must be able to operate a pallet jack and forklift. Frequently have use of wrists, fingers, and hands to enter data into computer system. Have to ability to listen, understand, and communicate in writing and verbally. The employee will frequently be required to lift objects up to 75 pounds.
