POSITION SUMMARY

Job Duties

• Management of patients with medical and behavioral issues as directed by the treatment team.
• Assists in maintain bed board.
• Management of legal paperwork including filing paperwork with the courts.
• Answering and directing unit phone calls.
• Assist patients in making phone calls during their approved call times.
• Filing documents and maintaining databases.
• Data entry
• Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations, and procedures.
• Provides administrative support as requested.
• Assumes and/or performs additional duties as requested.

Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.

Experience: One (1) year experience working in a behavioral health/medical office setting and previous clerical experience preferred.
