Job Description
Responsibilities
The Dietary Supervisor supervises staff who participate in the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff and guests in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Highlands Behavioral Health System.
The Dietary Supervisor helps monitor FTE’s and budgetary concerns for the respective department.

Qualifications
Education : Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Prefer prior dietary experience in a hospital, health care, or hospitality setting. 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure / Certification : Food Safety Certification
