Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Manage waitlist during peak hours
- Coordinate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service
- Maintain cleanliness of the host/host station and dining area
- Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
