Highland Body Shop is Hiring an Auto Body Estimator Near Highland, IN

Highland Body Shop is a busy, state of the art collision repair facility with a focus on exceptional quality repairs. As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on knowing our customers and giving them a great experience every time. Responsibilities:

- Assess and inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and provide accurate repair estimates

- Collaborate with insurance companies and customers to explain repair processes and costs

- Coordinate with auto body technicians to ensure accuracy of estimate and final repair bill.

- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and repair techniques

- Assist in ordering parts as needed.

- Write and send in supplements as needed.

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and insurance companies

- Knowledge of auto body repair processes, including painting, dent removal, and frame straightening

- Understanding of automotive diagnostics and ability to identify mechanical issues

- Proficiency in using computer software for estimating repairs and managing customer data

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
