Claims Processor
Job description

As a key component of our Reconstruction Team, Dry Force is seeking a Claims Processor to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The Claims Processor will report directly to the Construction Manager of the company and will interact with the Reconstruction and Dispatch Departments, as well as homeowners, subcontractors, and insurance representatives. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is laser-focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process and compare estimates from the In-House Estimator/External Estimator and Insurance companies
  • Provide scope-of-work splits for subcontractors
  • Revise estimates on an as-needed basis utilizing Xactimate
  • Liaison between Insurance Agents, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Homeowners via phone and email
  • Ensure the integrity of customer data in Dash software
  • Maintain proper documentation via DocuSign
  • Oversee the administration of Reconstruction Work Authorizations, Material Selection, Estimates
  • Schedule initial walkthroughs with Homeowners and Subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience utilizing Xactimate or DASH preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a claims processing environment preferred
  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Irving office
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Bilingual in Español is a big plus!
